Abstract

The difficulty in financing is a general problem to hamper the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of China, whose causes result from enterprises, banks and governments. Development of small and medium-sized enterprises can be promoted by carrying out effective financing policy of enterprises and by overcoming difficulties.
