Since reform and opening to outside world, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in Chinese economic development but their financing difficulty is very serious because of the backward of financial system reform and the enterprises development. Thus, the key to development of small and medium-sized enterprises is to improve financing condition of small and medium-sized enterprises, to raise quality of the enterprises and to set up financing system suitable for Chinese condition.
