On Local People's Congress Supervision after the Enforcement of Supervision Law

Abstract

The Law of the People's Republic of China on Supervision systemically embodies the years' experience of People's Congress supervision and the research findings.It elaborates the favorable changes in local People's Congress supervision after the enforcement of the Supervision Law.Problems and causes are analyzed,and proposals are put forward referring to the practice.
