The Commentary on Supervision over Legislative Power ofNational People's Congress

Legislation supervision has always been one of the important questions in the reformation of the National People's Congress.But because the legislative power of the National People's Congress is in supreme power form in the traditional theory,there is no legislation supervision.By analyzing the dual roles of the National People's Congress,this paper want to find the logical base of legislation supervision in the present condition in order to make the legislation supervision practicable,and want to put forward the corresponding suggestion on reformation.
