Higher vocational education one of the ways for young people to become useful

The article deals with the following: the need for comparatively high level personnel required by the West China development strategy; higher vocational educational education is part of the higher education; the necessity of providing higher vocational education in ordinary colleges and universities and how to put it into practice; the reform and the problems we should take seriously.
