Abstract

?Translation-oriented hermeneutical theory has not made great progress since George Steiner's After Babel.But,in terms of the translation of Confucian classics,hermeneutical theories are practical.Many problems in the translation of Confucian classics,especially the problem of significance translation,can be solved by analyzing three levels of meaning of a text.
