Evaluation on Intensive Utilization Potential of Rural Residential Land in Shijiazhuang

Overgrowth of rural residential land has become a serious restriction to sustainable land use,economic and social development in recent years in Shijiazhuang.Therefore,intensive use of rural residential land is imperative.Based on the definition of intensive utilization potential evaluation and the intensive utilization division of rural residential land,the index system and the model of intensive use potential evaluation were established.The empirical research of potential evaluation was carried out based on rural residential land of county in shijiazhuang.The intensive utilization potential of rural residential land was divided into three grades according to comprehensive score,and the corresponding grades were great potential,potential,small potential.The effective approaches of rural residential land intensive utilization were proposed based on the above research.
