Abstract

Excavating internal potential of the rural residential land is the most important ways to solve the contradiction between land supply and demand.Taking Bazhou city of Hebei province as the research area, according to land property and population distribution, the second national land survey data was adjusted.Construction land area per capita was used as the evaluation index,to classify the city's rural residential land use into intensive use, normal, extensive use,and estimate theoretical potential of land consolidation in rural residential areas.Five evaluation index selected from natural, economic and social factors were used to calculate potential coefficient.Setting 120 m2,150 m2 as boundary of construction land per capita, the achievable intensive utilization potential of rural residential land was computed.
