Evaluation on rural residential land intensive use in Shijiazhuang city

The town construction land and rural residential land in Shijiazhuang city have a trend of rising in recent year,and land is the main constraint for the economic and social development.So it is the only way to solve the problem for rural residential land intensive use.In this paper,the present situation of research on rural residential land intensive use are summaried,and the land intensive use indicator system is constructed from three aspects of economy,society and nature,and then the appraisal model is constructed.The empirical research of rural residential land intensive use level is carried out based on rural residential of county.The level of rural residential land intensive use is divided into three grades according to comprehensive score,the corresponding grades are intensive use,moderate use,low efficient use.Based on above-mentioned research,the effective approach is proposed.
