Reflection on Professionalization Development of Young Teachers of Vocational Colleges

Young teachers are the main driving force in the future higher vocational education.In order to promote the professionalization of young teachers of vocational colleges,and in terms of the problems existing in the team of them,it is important to set teachers' ethic standard for themselves,properly position the vocational education,expand the professional knowledge,strengthen the pedagogical knowledge,have more experience of working in enterprises,master the developing trend of the industry and understand the characteristics of vocational students.
