Abstract
Professional development of teachers has become the trend of international education reform,and it is also an important orientation of education reform in China.Professionalization of teachers in higher vocational colleges is aimed at enhancing the overall level of teachers to meet the higher education reform and development.Vocational colleges should define accurately the meaning of the professionalization of the teaching profession to understand the status of professional development of teachers,and accordingly recommend measures for teacher professional development to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
