Abstract

During promoting the building of the socialist legality in China, the fourth amendment to the Constitution is undoubtedly a great success and sets a good example for improving other laws, of which the revised-to-be Criminal Procedure Law is a typical one. Combining their relationship, this article expounds the legal basis provided by the fourth amendment to the Constitution for the re-amendment of Criminal Procedure Law in order to promote the start of the latter.
