Abstract

The current Chinese Constitution was promulgated and took effect in 1982. The amendment of some articles based on the reality of social development enables the Constitution to follow up the changed society. It is a necessary step to maintain its authority. The fourth amendment of the Constitution has been worked out by adhering completely to the principles of the Constitution and makes them towards perfection.
