On the Features of Current Constitution in China

The current constitution refers to 1988、1993、1999、2004 four modifications from December,1982 in China.It is to amend the Constitution as the fundamental law of the land.Once established is more stability in the paper,It can not and should not be changed.The dignity of the Constitution to strengthen its stability,but with the social,political,economic face of the rapid changes,it was inevitable that the constitution have some reality behind the place,as well as breakthrough in the Constitution and the capacity to accommodate power.Therefore,the existing constitutional amendment has the following characteristics:1,the constitutional amendment is extremely restrictive;2,The amendment to the constitution adaptability;3,the default of amending the constitution;4,the continuity of amending the constitution;5,The amendment to the constitution and the principle of compatibility across the board,the constitutional amendment has strict procedures(unwritten constitutional exceptions);7,The amendment to the constitution of universal application.
