Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of 3-dimensional DSA in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:3-dimensional DSA was performed in 57 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage from January 2005 to July 2005. Analyzed the characteristics of aneurysm and then treated. Results:Following 3-dimensional DSA of 57 patients, the results were as follows: 48 cases were confirmed of the disease ,with a total of 51 aneurysms. 6 of them had been treated by endovascular occlusion with GDC,and 39 of them had been received the operation of clipping aneurysms.Conclusion:3-dimensional DSA is effective and useful in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
