Application Effects of Clinical Pathway in Cataract Patients with Phacoemulsification

Objective To discuss the effects of clinical pathway in the cataract patients with Phacoemulsification.Methods 60 patients with age-related cataract were randomly divided into the experimental group(30cases) and the control group(30 cases).The patients in the experimental group were cared according to the clinical pathway,and patients in the control group received traditional method.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result the average hospitalization days and total expense of experimental group were lower than those in control group(P0.01),the satisfaction were more than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical pathway in cataract patients with phacoemulsification could improve the satisfaction level of patients,shorten the hospitalization days,reduce the costs in hospita1.
