Abstract
Internet technology has developed at very fast speed since 1990s and Chinese internet user increases day by day.Internet has turned into the necessary things in people′s production and life.At the same time,public opinion on internet has become the new form of public opinion circulation besides the news paper,periodical,radio,TV and movie,namely public opinion on internet.In current society,the position of public opinion on internet is more and more important,it not only influences many aspects of society,also impacts the governmental action.
