Abstract

Constructing an equal and pluralistic speech platform in era of Web2.0,the internet,as a shared medium, becomes a public sphere opening to every body and any topic whatever, transforms the audience into the public, and consequently makes publicity return. As a challenge to traditional opinion leaders, internet opinion leaders, though have relatively limited ability to participate in public topics and affairs, gradually show a tendency that people can influence public politics by either their own or shared media.
