Protein expression of Ezrin,E-cadherin,CD_(44)v_6 in Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and prognostic value research

Objective To investigate the expressions of Ezrin、CD44v6 and E-cadherin and their correlations with clinic pathological characteristics and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma,and the correlations of Ezrin、CD44v6、E-cadherin.Methods Expressions of Ezrin、 CD44v6 and E-cadherin in 70 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 21 cases of normal mucous away from cancer and 24 cases of normal esophageal epithelial tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining,and their correlations with clinical-pathological findings were analysed,and all cases were follow-uped.Results The positive rates of Ezrin、CD44v6 and E-cadherin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal esophageal epithelial tissues were 74.2%(52/70) and 13.3%(6/45),25.7%(18/17) and 75.6%(34/45),78.5%(55/70) and 28.9(13/45),respectively,and the differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion Expressions of Ezrin、CD44v6 and E-cadherin were related with occurrence、differentiation、lymphnode metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,it has important reference value to detection of three kinds of protein expressions for assessing prognosis of patients.
