The Significance of Combined Detections of Anti Ds DNA,Anti Sm,Anti-Rib Antibody with ANA in the Diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) by Conspired Inspect

Objective:To study the significance of Anti ds DNA,anti Sm,anti-Rib Antibody with ANA in the diagnosis of Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The anti-ds-DNA、anti-Sm、anti-Rib antibody were detected by werster-blotting method,and the detection of ANA by ELISA.Results:The positive rates of anti-ds-DNA、anti-Sm、anti-Rib antibody and ANA of 215 SLE patients were 34.0%、24.2%、20.5%、94.4%,respectively,higher than those of 152 non-SLE patient and 80 healthy subjects(P0.01).Conclusion:Combined detectios of at least two antibody can promote the early diagnosis of SLE.
