Clinical Efffect Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of superficial gastritis.Methods Our hospital 2008 to 2012,120 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group were treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in addition to western medicine symptomatic treatment with self decoction of Chinese medicine treatment,by 30d for 1 courses,to observe the curative effect after 1 courses.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.0%,higher than 70.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Before and after treatment in patients of abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation,nausea and loss of appetite and improve the effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of superficial gastritis process,has good synergistic effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,has obtained the good clinical effect.
