Effect observation of dialectical behavior therapy in the treatment of 80 cases with chronic superficial gastritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods 150 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 80 and control group of 70.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine,with regulating flow of Liqi and stomach pain mainl.The control group was given colloidal bismuth pectin.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms,signs and the results of gastroscopy were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5% higher than 74.3% of the control group,while tha clearance rate of HP of the treatment group was 45.5% higher than 14.3% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has satisfatory efficacy in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.
