Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 106 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in the hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 53 cases in each. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.1% and79.2% in the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, Chinese and western medicine symptomatic relief treatment at the same time can significantly improve the patient's clinical therapeutic effect.
