Abstract
Objective To compare the proportion of bupivacaine used in obstetric anesthesia clinical effect. Methods 90 cases of cesarean section patients admitted to hospital 2009 to 2011,in accordance with the random allocation method will be divided into A,B,C,three groups,A group of 1.5mL bupivacaine add 1mL water for injection spinal anesthesia solution,B group given spinal anesthesia with 1.5mL bupivacaine plus 1mL liquid 10%,C group was given spinal anesthesia with 1.5mL bupivacaine plus 1mL solution of 0.9% saline, observed three groups of anesthetic effect The onset time of the cycle index, hemodynamics, the effect of muscle relaxants, narcotic plane, anesthesia subsided time. Results The onset time of three groups of effects, the effect of muscle relaxants, narcotic satisfaction there was no significant difference;anesthesia compared to less than group B in group A and B group is less than C group. The three groups were no ECG performance;compared hemodynamic A group of low blood pressure of 6 cases,15 cases of B-group of low blood pressure, six cases of C-group of low blood pressure;adverse reactions compared to,A,B has three cases urinary retention, two cases in group C;anesthesia subsided time compared to the three groups comparison was no significant difference(P 0.05).The conclusion of anesthesia for obstetric anesthesia adjustment and expansion can be achieved better clinical results, and no significant increase in adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
