Abstract

Objective:To investigate the surgical approaches and prevention of complications during treating with tension-free vaginal tape (TVT).Methods:15 female cases of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) were reported with mean 6-year-leakage history.10 of 15 cases were of wild or moderate grade and 5 cases left were of severe grade.The treating was TVT through the anterior vaginal wall.Result:After operation all cases were significantly improved.The complications include dysuria,vesical perforation,pelvic hematoma in 3 cases and these complications had been recovery soon after treating.All cases were followed up for 1 to 12 months with good effects:No symptoms reoccurred.Conclusion:TVT is a convenient therapy for SUI.
