On the Protection of Internet Privacy in China——An America-based Analysis

Abstract

America is one of the developed countries in internet as well as home of the protection of privacy.Therefore,America-based study is a good reference in exploring the legal protection of internet privacy in China.We should borrow and follow American protection system of internet privacy and establish the 3-in-1 protection system: the combination of trade self-discipline and the verdict of formal law and court.
