On The Bottle-Neck Phenomenon of Property Right System in Chinese Family Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

Chinese family enterprises came into being and developed in given history conditions,their property right has blurred,single and closed features.In its first development stage,such features can be contributed to its development,but with the extension of enterprises' scale,the limitation of property right of family enterprises become the neck-bottle against its rapid development.In the article,the author analyses the cause of formation and features of family enterprises' property right,illustrates the necessity of property right reform and the countermeasures,which will help us to understand the evolution of the property right reform of the family enterprise profoundly.
