Abstract
With the development and expansion of family enterprises,the institution of property right has changed.When there is potential profit and the owner has the ability,the change of property right would occur.But because of the influence of different factors,the change is a long process.Only with the joint effort of the owners,the members and the government,can the change of property right system in family enterprises be a successful one.
