Abstract

The paper introduced the design of serial port communications software based on Visual C++ 6.0 MSComm.MSComm,as an ActiveX,to simplify application programs of serial port communications under windows operating system offered by Microsoft Corporation,can offer the serial port communications function for application program through the serial port.It also can make the application program simple with good succession.Through the successful application in mile-measuring software of motor,it proves that MSComm is reliable and stable in the design of serial communication software.
