Abstract
The leasehold of the house,a typical right showing the effects of the real right,has the appearance of the obligatory and also has the effect that the leasehold can not be broken by selling.But should the leasehold of the house be the real right by law or still be one of the obligatory? This article intended to study the nature of the leasehold and compare the difference of the real right and the obligatory so as to locate the leasehold properly in law.
