A Study on Legal Characteristics of Timsharing of Leasehold

Timsharing,originated from France,as a new way of tourist consumption,has appeared in China and gradually developed into two types: one is the timsharing of the ownership right and the other is the timsharing of leasehold.The timsharing of leasehold possesses the legal characteristics of dominion,usufruct,independency and possession,which are in conformity with the right of ususfructus,and holds its own special characteristics,such as multiple statuses of subject,double time limit and publicity by registration.Therefore,this type of right is regarded as an independent right of ususfructus.
