Abstract

It has been argued for a long time that the Leasehold of House is Creditor's Right,Real Right or Creditor's Right with the character of Real Right.In this paper,the author will,by way of arguing pro and con,analogous argumentation and benefit balance,put forward that Leasehold of House is a Usufructuary Right on the basis of criticizing the theory that Leasehold of House is Creditor's Right with the character of Real Right.
