Abstract
Objective: to study the salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine and compound salvia miltiorrhiza to contend for acute cerebral infarction( ACI) of the clinical effect and safety. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2013,112 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients according to admission of single, double, divided into A,B two groups, all patients were given conventional treatment after admission,on the basis of A group of patients given salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection treatment,B group of patients given compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection treatment, after treatment, observing two groups of patients before and after neural function defect score and blood rheology index changes, and evaluate the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions. Results: Two groups of neural function defect score before treatment, whole blood high shear viscosity,Fib and CRP,TC is there was no significant difference( P 0. 05). Two groups after treatment all indexes is lower than before treatment, after treatment compared with before treatment with significant difference( P 0. 05). Neural function defect score after treatment group A,CRP,whole blood high shear viscosity,TC decreased significantly more than group B,group A total effective rate was 91. 07%; B group the total effective rate was 78. 57%; Curative effect significantly better than group B,group A compared two groups have significant difference( P 0. 05). Two sets of all of the patients during treatment does not appear related to drug adverse reactions. Conclusion: salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine to reduce patients' blood viscosity, blood lipid effect is superior to compound danshen,to improve the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction has better curative effect.
