Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of aminophylline and sulbutamol on preventing perianesthetis asthma.Method: 76 cases with asthma underwent surgery with general anesthesia were divided into three groups: A observation group(n=25) were given aminophylline,B observation group(n=25) were given sulbutamol and the control group without drugs,And then compared the preventing effect.Result:There was none of asthma breaking out in A observation group and B observation group. There's significantly difference between control group(X2=29.12,P0.01).Conclusion: The usage of aminophylline and sulbutamol to prevent perianesthetis asthma would be useful.
