Abstract
Span80,Tween80 were used as emulsifier for wax complex.The influences of the HLB,emulsifier quantity,the dosage and way of adding emulsified water,emulsifying time and temperature,the processes and stirring speed on the preparation of paraffin emulsion were discussed by O-D emulsion process and PIT method.The optimum condition was that the wax emulsion with good stability,dispersibility and monodisperse particle size can be prepared when the HLB is 10.5,the quantity of compound emulsifier is 30%,emulsifying water(Mwater/Mparaffin) is 2.5,and the wax is emulsified at 75 ℃ for 30 min and stirred at 1 000 r/min.
