Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and safe ty of propofol combined with remifentanil in intravenous anesthesia for gastrosc opy. Methods Total 100 patients with ASA(american society of a nesthesiologists)Ⅰ~Ⅱwere divided into 2 groups randomly:groupⅠ(propofol comb ined with remifentanil),groupⅡ(propofol combined with fentanyl).Resul ts The anesthesia effects of two groups were similar. However, the awa ke time and the discharge time of groupⅠwere significantly more shorter than gr oupⅡ(P0.01).Conclusion The propofol combined with remi fentanil gives effective anesthesia and better recovery intravenous anesthesia f or gastroscopy.
