Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in intravenous anesthesia for colonoscopy.Methods:60 ASAⅠ~Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:group Ⅰ(remifentanil combined with propofol),group Ⅱ(fentanyl combined with propofol). Results:The anesthesia effects of two groups were similar. However the awake time and the discharge time of group Ⅰ were significantly more shorter than group Ⅱ(P0.01).Conclusion: The remifentanil combined with propofol gives effective anesthesia and better recovery in intravenous anesthesia for colonoscopy.
