Problems and Strategies in Primary School Teachers' Transfer to Kindergarten Teachers

Primary school teachers'transfer to kindergarten teachers is an important measure for our country to support the early childhood education,which aims at effectively alleviating the shortage of teachers in rural pre-school education in China and solving the unemployment problem of surplus teachers in primary and high schools.This thesis analyzes the present situation,the problems and the causes of transferred primary school teachers by interviewing some of them,and puts forward some improvement measures,specific requirements,providing some constructive suggestions for future study on teaches'transfer.
