Abstract

To develop a rapid method for determining 7 pyrethroid pesticides residue in tobacco.[Methods] The tobacco samples were ultrasonic-extracted with hexane-ethyl acetate and cleaned up by florisil solid-phase extraction column, and then detected by gas chromatography electron capture detector.[Results] The results showed that average recoveries of 7 pesticides(spiked at 0.1,0.5,1.0 mg/kg) were in the range of 85.32-101.21% with relative standard deviation of 2.97-4.88%,and the limit of detection were 0.003-0.005 mg/kg.[Conclusions] The method is sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pyrethroid pesticide residue in tobacco.
