Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of organochlorine pesticides residue in tobacco by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography.[Method] After tobacco samples were extracted by n-hexane ultrasonic extraction and purified by Florisil solid phase extraction, they were detected by gas chromatography electron capture detector(ECD) and using mirex as an internal standard.[Result] Eighteen pesticides(spiked at 0.05,0.20 and 0.50 μg/g) had good linear relation, and the average recoveries of 18 pesticides ranged from 81.82% to 101.50% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.95%~4.56%;the limit of detection was 0.01 μg/g.[Conclusion] The method is sensitive, quick and easy,so it is suitable for the residue analysis of organochlorine pesticides in tobacco.
