Abstract
A method was developed for rapid determination of 3 pesticide residues in tobacco based on gas chromatography.After the optimization of different parameters,such as the extraction solvent,elution solvent,purificant,and pesticides were extracted from tobacco with acetonitrile,cleaned-up on a column,packed with Florisi and neutral alumina,eluted with hexane-ethyl acetate(98:2,V/V),and then determined by GC-ECD.The recoveries were performed at 0.05,0.25 and 1.0 mg/kg fortification levels for each pesticide,and the recoveries ranged 73.8%~89.4% with the relative standard deviations between 5.5%~10.3%.Therefore,this method can satisfy the requirements for the rapid analysis of pesticides in the tobacco.
