Abstract
This paper sets out to analyze the relation between enrollment expansion and higher education quality.The author holds that there is no evidence showing that,with enrollment expansion proceeding,the higher education quality has comprehensively declined.Hence,we should indeed notice that,although expanding enrollment may negatively affect the quality of teaching offered to some graduates,it will improve the total national quality of our country due to the fact that enrollment expansion can in a way to promote education quality except for some of its negative effects.With a developing foresight a new concept of high education quality applicable to a massive higher education must be established in line with enrollment expansion.
