Ponderation on Promoting Jeaching Quality of High Education after Enrollment Expansion

After several year's large-scale,enrollment expansion,China's high education has witnessed a development from the picked education to the popular education. In order to answer the question of teaching quality which concerns people generally, the author puts forward establishing one concept and solving four problems, which will further promote teaching quality of high education.
