Abstract

The development of higher education is important for a country.This article analyzes the development of higher education since enrollment expansion.Then it points out the relevant problems,offerring advise to promote high education efficientcy.On the one hand,we should optimize the scale,quality and construction of higher education,and control the speed of enrollment expansion,perfecting the market of employment.On the other hand,we should reform the way of financial funds,raising its efficiency and benefit.
