Humanistic Theoretical Teaching in Physical Education

Physical education in all types of education at all levels in China have got more and more attention.There is a targeting bias in the current popular school physical education,with one-way teaching method,the lower the effectiveness of teaching and other practical problems.To solve the above problems,this paper tries the people,especially the theory of humanistic psychology and humanistic education theory into physical education,the revised goal of physical education,highlighting the need to meet the diversity of students;reform physical education methods,and respect for main body of students.
