Some Thoughts on the Professional Construction of College Instructor Team in the New Period

Abstract

The construction of college instructor team ensures all the college work to be done smoothly. Under the situation of high education's popularization,it is a must for the college to construct its instructor team. This paper analyzes some weak points of college instructors' professional construction from its connotation and put forward some propositions for the construction in order to make contribution to it in China in this new period.
