Brief Discussion on the Instructor Team's Construction in Independent Colleges

The political and ideological instructor teams play a vital important role in strengthening and improving college student's ideological and political education.As a newly emerging thing,the independent college at present is facing the most urgent problem of how to set up the instructor teams,establish the effective mechanism of management in the new period and improve the integral working level of the staff fundamentally.On the basis of analyzing the present independent colleges' students' current situation,this text is further analyzing the current situation and the existing problems of the instructor teams' construction to inquire into the necessity of strenthening the construction of the independent collges' instructor teams and then puts forward some related proposals of the instructor team's construction.
