Abstract

The college instructor is a mainstay in college students'ideological and political education.It is the mentor and leader for the students'development.At the new epoch,we should improve cognition,analyse these existing problems,increase policy' pertinence and put more effort from the source.Only by these,can we strengthen and improve the construction of college instructor.
