Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 25 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residuces in fruits and vegetables by ASPE/GC-MS.Methods:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile solution, then the extract was purified through ASPE.The collected solution was analyzed by GC–MS.Results:25 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides gave good linearities in the range of 0.05 mg/kg~5.0 mg/kg(r0.99).The minimum detection limint was 0.004 mg/kg.The recovery rate and RSD were 80.2%~98.7% and 1.1%~4.8% at 0.5 mg/kg respectively, and 74.2%~99.8% and 1.5%~6.8% at 1.0 mg/kg respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid with effective purification and high recovery. It is suitable for the determination of multiple organophosphorus pesticides residuces in fruits and vegetables.
