Abstract
Objective:A method for the determination of 6 Pyrethroids pesticides in fruits and vegetables by SPE/GC.Methods: The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solution,after the extract was purified through florisil column.The collected solution was analyzed by using GC-ECD.Results: The limits of detection for the six kinds pyrethroids ranged from 0.0011 mg/kg~0.0035 mg/kg.The recoverieswith standard addition ranged from 83.6%~105.7%.Conclusion: The method is simple,effective purification and high recovery.It is suitable for the sample shape full of fruits and vegetables.
